01. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Rajacuan ("Rajacuan", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sportsbook and live casino platform accessible at rajacuan.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or utilising any service provided by Rajacuan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

02. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform through which all transactions, wagers, and platform interactions are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other incentive values credited to a User's Account pursuant to a Rajacuan promotion.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by Rajacuan prior to the processing of withdrawal requests, involving the submission of identity documents as specified in Section 4.
• "Platform" means the Rajacuan website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or services operated under the rajacuan.cam domain.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum turnover obligation that must be met before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other offered market through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform by residents is expressly restricted by Rajacuan's licensing terms.

03. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Rajacuan, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Rajacuan enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities. This is a strict eligibility requirement with no exceptions.
• You are registering on your own behalf as a natural person, and not as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended Account on the Platform. Each individual may hold only one Account.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by Rajacuan for breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory as defined by Rajacuan's licensing conditions.
• You are acting in a personal capacity for recreational purposes and not in the course of any trade, business, or professional gambling activity for the primary purpose of exploiting bonuses or promotional offers.

Rajacuan reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

04. Account Registration & KYC Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure without refund of outstanding balances.

Before any withdrawal request can be processed, Rajacuan requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. The documents typically required include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), driver's licence, or passport. Both sides must be clearly photographed.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three months, bearing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document beside your face, with both your face and the document details clearly visible.
• Payment Method Verification: In certain cases, Rajacuan may require confirmation of the payment method used for deposit — for example, a screenshot of the relevant e-wallet or bank account.

KYC documents are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours under normal conditions. Rajacuan reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage if reasonably required for compliance purposes. Submitting fraudulent or altered documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify Rajacuan immediately via our support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

05. Deposits & Withdrawals

Rajacuan currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be reversed.
• Rajacuan does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Rajacuan accepts no liability for third-party payment fees.
• Deposited funds that have not been subject to at least one wager may be subject to an administrative processing fee upon withdrawal, at Rajacuan's discretion.

• Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same Account holder.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is under five minutes for DuitNow and FPX channels, subject to banking system availability.
• Rajacuan reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests deemed to require enhanced due diligence. This may extend processing time beyond the standard window.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise specified.

06. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the Rajacuan Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, and other game types. These product-specific rules are available within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Rajacuan does not accept requests to cancel or amend placed wagers except in circumstances of manifest error as outlined below.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of an obvious error in odds, game rules, or market conditions — including but not limited to typographical errors, system malfunctions, or data feed failures — Rajacuan reserves the right to void any affected wagers and refund the original stake amount. Determination of a manifest error is at Rajacuan's sole reasonable discretion.
• Asian Handicap and Mix Parlay: All Asian Handicap and Mix Parlay bets are settled in accordance with Rajacuan's Sportsbook Rules document, which governs void legs, push outcomes, and partial win/loss settlements.
• Live Betting: Wagers placed on in-play markets are subject to price fluctuations and may be rejected if the market has been suspended at the time of placement. Confirmed in-play bets will not be voided solely due to subsequent score changes.
• Casino Games: All live dealer and electronic casino games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or physical dealing procedures audited by independent third parties. Rajacuan does not manipulate game outcomes.

07. Bonuses & Promotions

Rajacuan offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this Section.

• Each promotion is available once per eligible Account, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements attached to any bonus must be met in full before the associated funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received unless otherwise stated.
• Games may contribute different percentages toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Rajacuan reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirement obligations already incurred by a User are not retrospectively increased.
• Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate Rajacuan's bonus system — including but not limited to "bonus hunting" through low-risk or arbitrage strategies — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and Account closure.
• All promotional amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

08. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rajacuan Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers without human intervention.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in a systematic manner for financial gain.
• Creating or operating duplicate Accounts, or assisting others in creating Accounts for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with Rajacuan's support team.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise access the Platform's source code, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Using the Platform in a manner that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward other users or Rajacuan staff.

09. Account Suspension & Closure

Rajacuan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months — in such cases Rajacuan will provide reasonable advance notice before applying any dormant account policy.

Upon Account closure initiated by the User, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the User's preferred withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and standard processing conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Rajacuan Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of Rajacuan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or otherwise make available any Platform content without Rajacuan's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Rajacuan's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rajacuan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

Rajacuan's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rajacuan does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, banking system outages, or force majeure events.

12. Responsible Gambling

Rajacuan is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All Account holders have access to the following self-management tools through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you may sustain in a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Rajacuan will endeavour to enforce this decision and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Users.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rajacuan holds its international gambling licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between Rajacuan and a User regarding the settlement of a wager or the application of a promotional term, the User should in the first instance contact Rajacuan's support team at the contact details provided in Section 15. Rajacuan will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this Section limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Rajacuan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform and, where material, by email to the address registered on your Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any material change, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 9 to receive any eligible balance refund.
